
| 1 - GENERAL |
Combats will take place in two rounds of two minutes each for Junior-Senior category(with a time for rest of a minute between),
one round of two
minutes for Cadet category,and
this as far as to the final.
In case of equality (Hikiwake) to the outcome two rounds,or the round for
cadets, competitors will
decide ever of a third round of a minute,
with final decision
( "sudden dead").
The chronometer is stopped only on wound or on decision of the central
arbitrator

2 - AERA OF COMPETITION |
1- It must be drawing and not to present none
danger.
2- Zone of combat measures 6 meters x 6meters , materialized by tatamis of a same
colour .
3- The zone of alert, who surrounds the zone of combat, measure a meter of large and is materialized by
tatamis
of a different colour of the one of the
zone of combat.
4- Zones of security, who surrounds the zone of alert, measure a meter of large and is
materialized by tatamis
of the same colour that those of the zone of
combat.
5- Two lines will be put to a

| 3 - OFFICIALS |
The Superviseur :
He is the Official representative of the WCK .
Manager of the competition, he will do respect the ethics and the
représentativity of the Organization.
He must all knowledge, everything to control and everything to do apply.
Judges of squated :
To the number of three, sat to the boundary of the surface of competition :
two are sat behind competitors, the third doing face to the central arbitrator.
Each will be equiped of a red mark and of a blue mark (flag or brassard )
Each point or penalty must be announced by two judges to be validated.
Arbitrator of table :
This is the arbitrator the more graduated, sit to the table between the
time-keeper and the marker.
The marker :
He holds the combats board.
He notes the result of each combat.
He prepares leaves of combat that it puts back to judges.
The time-keeper :
He disposes of two chronometers :a for the duration of the combat, a for the intermediate time.
The central arbitrator :
He manages the during of the combat.
This is him who announces the stop or the beginning of the combat.
After each stop, he does resume the combat in place and place where
is stopped.
He announces penalties and come up outstanding ( immo., stranglings,atémis,surrenders..)
His preoccupation first
must be the fighters security ;to do, it sits up to the state tatamis
and to the protections conformity and
of the fighters dress.
To the end of each combat, he declares the winner after consultation of
the table.
| 4 - OFFICIAL DRESS |
4-1 ARBITRATORS :
Judges and arbitrators must carry the official dress habitually designated by
the Commission of Arbitration of the WCK.
This dress must be carried ever of all competitions and probationaries
periods.
The Commission of Arbitration can debar all Official or competitor who not to
conform not to this reglating.
4-2 COMPETITORS :
Competitors will have to be dressed in a kimono ( confirmed by the WCK )
of which the jacket will have
to cover hips and of which sleeves will have to
re cover to the minus the half of the forepart-arm but not the wrist.
Trousers will cover to the minus two third of the tibia and will not have
to be turned up neither to pass beyond the nog.
They will carry the one a belt of blue colour(AORI) and the other a belt of
red colour(AKA) proportionately
to the order of appeal ( the called fighter
in first will carry the red colour )
4-3 COACH :
He is the adviser of the competitor ( generally the teacher or an assistant ).
He is the single person imaging of the team
can address at officials for
all supplementary informations or possible contestings on an arbitral
decision.
It is dressed in a kepts distinguishing ( generally a tracksuit
or other garment carrying a distinctive set of Officials )
His behaviour must be always exemplary under lack of disciplinary sanction (warning, temporary exclusion or definitive, officials report..).
During the combat, he cannot advise his competitor that during the rest ;he cannot in any case to howl neither still less
to do disobliged remarks or
degraded towards the adversary or Officials.
He remains the visible organ of a delegation, he must have an
attitude and an irreproachable leadership.
4-4 PROTECTIONS :
Protections feet - tibia are OBLIGATORY.
The headset « KAISENDO » is OBLIGATORY.(specimen
headset "Blacknight")
The gloves « KAISENDO » are OBLIGATORY.
Protects-teeth is sharply advised.
Glasses are forbidden :the lenses harbour of supple contact is authorized under the responsibility of
the competitor.
The harbour of the shell is OBLIGATORY and, for women, the harbour of
protects - chest is OBLIGATORY.
The employment of bandaging or other following support to a wound must be
authorized by the Official Doctor of the competition.
The wearing of all other garment or equipment is forbidden :the central arbitrator can debar from the combat all competitor
of which the
behaviour is judged no - regular , after to let him a minute
to change .

| 5 - NOTATION |
5-1 authorized technics :
- technics of percussion with protected zones by protections ( but not with
the head )
- knocks of knees to the body and to legs.
- knocks of bends to the body only.
- projections and/or lacks of balances by atémis.
- immobilizations by keys or stranglings ( on the back and/or on the stomach )
- strike on the adversary on the ground , only to the body , during 15 seconds.
5-2 technics
forbidden :
- grappling and atémi in same time.
- seized of the head
- dangerous projections for the one who suffers ( ex:with key..)
- keys of fingers or of neck.
- contact on the vertebral column and the rear of the head
- attack to the bottom-stomach and to articulations
- Atémi with openned hand to the throat
For Catégory CADET : Attacks to the head with up-members are forbidden
5-3 Arrangements:
- tentative of projection only after 30'' of feet-fists for each round
(announce of the time by the time-keeper :gong or whistle )
- minimum 2 tentatives to project to the ground in each
two first rounds.
- 15'' maxi to the ground without tentative of hall-marked ( deduct by
the arbitrator )
5-4 Points assigning :
SANBON ( 3 pts )

controls by immo or strangling of 10'' (deduct by the arbitrator)

DON'T FORGET
when a fighter is put in difficulty by a technic and that the
arbitrator has begun the deduction 10'',
the competitor will have to be keeps

Negative points :
1 warning :come out of the zone of combat, knock forbids.
1 negative :2e and 3 warnings and 1 ny not tentative of projection.
Disqualification after 3 warnings or attitude or contrary behaviour to
the ethics of the KAISENDO.
Conditions of victory :
- the one having him more to come up marked to the outcome two rounds
- the fighter having 10 pts of more that his adversary to the end
of first round
- the fighter putting his adversary KO.( clearly or 10'' no recoverred )
- by disqualification of the
adversary
- by surrender of the adversary ( a knee to the ground and lifted arm )
| THE RITUAL |
At the beginning of each combat, fighters saluate the table, the arbitrator then
themself .
To the end of each combat, fighters themself saluate and go to saluate the coach
of the adversary.
